Virtual Roundtable on Research Data Management for Universities (AEST)
The purpose of this event will be to explore how Universities can best manage and securely share large volumes of both structured and unstructured research data.
As with all our roundtables, you will get the most value from the open discussion with your peers, other heads of research and senior IT executives from Australian Universities. The topics to be discussed will be suggested by the group.
Examples of the type of questions that might be discussed, include:
> How to implement appropriate access controls to enable data sharing to support collaborative research, whilst maintaining proper data governance
> How to optimise the value of unstructured data, such as the qualitative text mining of research reports
> How to optimise your IT infrastructure to facilitate data mobility at scale between multiple environments (on prem and hybrid cloud)
How to Register
If you would like to join the discussion, please note that if you do register, your company name will be shared with other delegates and potential delegates. This is to help us create the most useful discussion possible.

> Charles Sturt University
> Curtin University
> Macquarie University
> Monash University
