Virtual Roundtable and Whisky Masterclass Privileged Access Management (GMT)
With 80% of breaches involving the compromise of IT and business user credentials (IDs and passwords), the purpose of the roundtable is to examine how you can develop a plan to reduce the risks posed by “overprivileged access” users, applications, and services.
The roundtable will be led by Joseph Carson, Thycotic’s Chief Security Scientist and Advisory CISO, who will start by presenting a very practical PAM checklist that you can use to plan or strengthen your privileged access security.
The roundtable will then switch to a Q&A format, which will be moderated by Steve Marshall, Chief Information Security Officer & Head of Cyber Consulting at Bytes Software Services. This will give you a great opportunity to ask your own questions, but just as importantly, you will be able to listen to and learn from the questions posed by your peers.
Good examples of the kind of questions, we might expect to answer include:
> How do you solve the challenge of password rotation?
> How can you simplify your authentication process to make them easier to use without compromising security?
> How can you better manage complex compliance issues related to Privileged Users?
