Online Round-Table: Early Detection, Fast Response. SIEM Simplified
The theme for this executive round table is Early Detection, Fast Response. SIEM Simplified. The key question to be discussed, is how to best deploy SIEM solutions to not only quickly detect malicious activity, but automatically take counter measures, whilst simultaneously gathering incident data, to prove regulatory compliance and reduce reputational damage.
Our special guest is Peter Macarthur-King, CISO, SAI Global, who has a huge amount of SIEM experience. The session will be facilitated by Neil Campbell of Rapid7.
Key topics to be covered at the lunch are likely to include:
> How to improve visibility across your entire environment so you can detect attacks early and reliably determine the nature, magnitude and root cause of any security incident
> How to respond more quickly and use automation to accelerate threat containment and isolate compromised assets with confidence
> How SIEM tools can help you improve productivity and demonstrate hard evidence, that you have complied with all regulatory requirements and “best practice” security protocols
