Online Roundtable: Improving Cloud Security

Why attend?

As with all our round-tables, the real value comes from the opportunity to discuss cyber strategies with your peers. Cloud security is one of the top concerns for many companies and this concern is only likely to grow as companies increasingly move to the cloud to lower operational overheads, increase mobility and provide a better end-user experience.

The key question to be discussed at this round table, is how can we improve Cloud Security to blend cloud convenience with the need to protect sensitive data and do so, despite a shortage of security resources?

To ensure a relaxed, useful and single conversation where you learn from others how to improve cloud security, there are only 8 places available.

Key topics to be covered at the lunch include:

>  How to blend cloud convenience and productivity with the need to comply with stringent, often pre-cloud regulations
>  How to control sensitive data, held in popular cloud applications such as Office 365, in real time with contextual access control across
>  Plus a range of topical cloud security issues, such as: SaaS backups, third party assurance, CASB, Identity access management and zero trust

The session will be facilitated by Dave Shephard from Bitglass.

It’s all about the discussion

If you would like to join the discussion, then you can register now. Please note that if you do register, then your company name will be shared with other delegates and potential delegates. This is to help us create the most useful discussion possible.

Why join the CyberGroup?

At the end of many of our round-tables, someone will often say “This was really useful, how can we continue the conversation?”. The CyberGroup was created to answer this question and enable our delegates to not only continue the conversation online via our Slack channels, but also discuss other highly topical and emerging cyber issues with cyber security professionals from all across ANZ.
